BEGINNER OFF-ROAD TRAINING

Beginner off-road training provides basic knowledge and hands-on experience in riding a motorcycle on a variety of terrain. It is suitable for people who have never ridden off-road (or on a motorcycle at all) and for motorcyclists who have little off-road experience and want to develop their skills and gain confidence on a bike.

Program of the training:
• Important tips on off-road riding attire and safety.
• Preparing the motorcycle and familiarising yourself with the traction control system and ABS.
 Mastering the correct position on a motorcycle in off-road terrain.
 Managing the weight of the bike, getting on and off on both sides of the bike, and walking around.
 Learning how to lift a motorcycle saving energy and preventing injuries.
• Static exercises on a motorcycle.
 Walking with a running motorcycle and correct starting position.
 Starting and stopping the motorcycle while sitting or standing.
 Exercises on a motorcycle while riding slowly, learning body balance.
 Clutch and throttle control.
• Driving in off-road terrain, turning and u-turning, safe ascents and descents.
• Riding in a rut, through puddles and small transverse obstacles.
 Using the brake, engine braking and emergency breaking.
• Stopping on a hill and getting down the hill.
