About the trip
This motorcycle trip is for those who are experienced bikers but prefer adventures on
asphalt. We will spend 7 days on a motorcycle, and the daily distances will be around
100-250 km depending on the day. The time off the motorcycle will be spent
socializing and discovering the local culture – we will try local food and listen to
Simon’s stories about his motorcycle adventures.
The program includes visiting some of the greatest attractions in Slovenia – Lake Bled, Kranjska Gora, the Soča River, Ljubljana and the Croatian coast. The tour starts in Maribor and then heads towards the north-western part of the country, known for its beautiful high mountains, crystal clear lakes and endless forests.
A visit to the sea is planned for the end of the trip. And it will certainly be the icing on the cake. The blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, charming architecture and Mediterranean atmosphere will make you feel a real holiday atmosphere.

- DAY 1: Maribor – meeting at the Arena Hotel, briefing, allocation of motorcycles, 50
km ride around Maribor (tarmac 30%, off-road 70%, ride 1h) - DAY 2: Maribor – Bled – Kranska Gora – Soča – 250 km (tarmac 60%, off-road
40%, ride 8h) - DAY 3: Soča – Tolmin – Umag – 210 km (tarmac 70%, off-road 30% – Slovenian
TET, ride 6h) - DAY 4: Umag – Pula – Opatija – 210 km (tarmac 80%, off-road 20%, ride 6h)
- DAY 5: Opatija – Senj – Karlobag – 220 km (tarmac 70%, off-road 30% – Slovenian
TET, ride 6h) - DAY 6: Karlobag – Šibenik – 200 km (tarmac 70%, off-road 30%, driving 5 hours)
- DAY 7: Šibenik – Knin – Slunj – 250 km (tarmac 60%, off-road 40%, driving 8
hours) - DAY 8: Slunj – Maribor – (tarmac 80%, off-road 20%, driving 5 hours)
Riding conditions
This is a motorcycle adventure tour of medium difficulty, but the program can be
adapted to more advanced groups. During the tour, an experienced riding instructor
and guide will lead the group along carefully selected off-road roads and tracks,
providing all necessary instructions. The terrains we ride on are characterized by
excellent riding conditions. These include picturesque asphalt routes with many
turns, gravel routes and forest paths. Participants will have the opportunity to
improve their asphalt riding technique, including the position on the motorcycle, the
technique of cornering and behaviour in emergency situations. The off-road training
led by Simon Marčič will include the following elements: off-road riding technique,
turning the motorcycle on narrow tracks, overcoming easy off-road obstacles, riding
uphill and downhill and many others.

Cost of participation in the trip: 2290 EURO
Cost of renting a motorcycle: 100 EURO / day
